Job Description

This would be an onsite position.

Qualifications:

• 4-7 years of experience in Data Analysis, Data Science, Power BI Dashboard/Report Development, and/or Database Administration.
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server; experience in database creation and management is a plus.
• Knowledge of performance tuning and data warehouse management is desirable.

Minimum Education and Skills:

• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking with the ability to break down complex business problems.
• Expertise in preparing high-level requirements, use cases, business requirement documents, functional specifications, and traceability matrices.
• Proven track record in mapping business processes and workflows, performing gap analysis, and documenting requirements to ensure clear development and testing.
• Experience in creating detailed reports and delivering impactful presentations to stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong knowledge of complex SQL Server and relational databases, with a demonstrated ability to build and manage dashboards/reports within BI applications.
• Strong communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is advantageous.
• Adaptable to change with a willingness to continuously learn and develop new skills as needed.
