Are you a highly detailed person who can adapt to various situations quickly? The Data and Clinical Administrative Assistant is perfect for you! This role is responsible for providing direct support to the Chief Medical Officer. Specifically, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate collection, coordination, and submission of data for HHM Health, as well as providing administrative support. This role requires a computer-savvy individual with a keen eye for detail. The assistant will contribute to data analysis for research projects and assist in drafting abstracts, manuscripts, and presentations. Additional responsibilities include survey coding, data entry and analysis, production of data reports, posters, logistics coordination for program activities and events, and support with grants as needed.

  • Performs basic administrative tasks: filing, copying, scanning
  • Assists with logistics for program activities and events
  • Build knowledge of internal processes and systems
  • Prepares materials for daily reports, HEDIS, UDS, and other required reporting
  • Assists in organizing and executing administrative projects and initiatives
  • Collects and analyzes data for monthly clinical dashboards
  • Maintains and updates databases
  • Produces data reports, visual materials (posters), and presentations
  • Supports evaluation of program activities and grant reporting
  • Assists with data analyses for research and helps draft manuscripts, abstracts, and presentations
  • Conducts data cleaning, validation, and entry for both quantitative and qualitative data
  • Verifies accuracy and completeness of all data entered
  • Responds to inquiries and communicates findings appropriately
  • Work closely with providers, team leads and cross-functional leaders

What you need to succeed

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to handle shifting priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across departments
  • Maintains professional behavior, appearance, and demeanor
  • Familiarity with and sensitivity to the cultural and health-related needs of diverse populations
  • Excellent professional written and verbal communication
  • Strong MS Office Suite skills, as well experience with eClinicalWorks or similar
  • Bilingual in Spanish, Pashto, Burmese, Rohingya or any other languages a plus
  • Have a servant heart with the desire to make a positive impact
