Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data within our databases and systems. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.

• Input and update data into computer systems and databases accurately and efficiently
• Retrieve, organize, and maintain electronic and paper records as required
• Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of entered information
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of data entry tasks
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Assist in generating reports and summaries based on the entered data
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficient data handling

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software
• Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic knowledge of database management and record-keeping practices
