What You Will Do:
  • Build and assemble de-icers : Follow templates and manufacturing instructions to construct quality products that meet industry standards.
  • Utilize various tools and instructions : Interpret work orders, non-conformance reports (NCR), and verbal feedback to ensure precise assembly.
  • Chemical application and product care : Apply chemicals safely during the build process and ensure parts are assembled with precision.
  • Product inspection and repair : Identify and correct any product inconsistencies during the assembly process.
  • Effective communication : Report production issues and collaborate with supervisors to maintain smooth operations.
  • Sample building and testing : Construct samples and deliver them to the lab for quality testing when required.
  • Product cleaning and safety compliance : Use solvents and cloths to clean products and manage hazardous waste according to safety protocols.
  • Documentation : Complete all required documents accurately in our computerized tracking system.
  • Performance-driven work : Contribute to plant goals by focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
  • Maintain a clean work environment : Keep your workspace organized to support continuous process improvements.
  • Participate in improvement initiatives : Engage in efforts to enhance production processes and workflows.
  • Adapt and take on new challenges : Perform other tasks as needed to support team success.

Qualifications We Require:
  • A minimum education requirement of High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Have experience reading blueprints and specification sheets.
  • Proficient in using tools such as rollers and scissors.
  • Performs work in a safe manner and completes all required safety trainings.
  • Must have the ability to work any shifts and overtime including weekends.

Qualifications We Prefer:
  • Prior manufacturing experience
