The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day desktop support, assisting end-users, including portfolio managers and traders. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
Candidates should possess prior experience with SCCM and desktop imaging solutions, as well as Microsoft Intune, and act as the subject matter expert in these technologies.
