You will coordinate with other departments (design, development, digital advertising etc.) to deliver the highest quality of work and ensure that all aspects of the clients’ marketing strategy are compatible.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute custom online marketing strategies for clients that drive new leads through SEO while consulting on multiple channels.
  • Communicate with clients on a regular basis via email, phone, and video conferencing.
  • Manage clients' marketing budgets in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan and put together monthly reports on results and progress.
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards.
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and bring value to our company culture.
  • Continuously learn and strive to grow self-sufficient in managing clients.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is required as this is a full-time position.
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3–7 years of experience managing and fulfilling SEO campaigns, with a proven ability to increase organic traffic and lead generation within predefined budgets.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including on-site, off-site, and technical SEO, with knowledge of current and historical trends as well as black hat tactics to avoid.
  • Proficient in conducting and applying insights from keyword research, technical site audits, content audits, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress CMS, basic HTML, and on-page SEO elements such as URLs, titles, meta descriptions, and headings.
  • 1-2 years of experience with Salesforce.
  • 1-2 years of experience with Monday.com, Asana, or other project management software.
  • Skilled in using SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, BrightLocal, and similar platforms.
  • Strong organization, grammar, spelling, and overall communication flow.
  • Confidence in discussing SEO, Ads, social organic strategies, results, and changes with clients, including reporting on campaign performance and explaining technical concepts in layman's terms.
  • Experience with link acquisition strategies, including evaluating link quality and identifying harmful or ineffective backlink practices.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator with internal teams (development, ads, content) and clients, maintaining campaign momentum and alignment.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful problem-solver with the ability to work independently and research solutions.
  • Working knowledge of paid media platforms including PPC (Google Ads), Local Services Ads (LSA), and Meta Ads, with the ability to collaborate on cross-channel strategies and identify opportunities.
  • Ability to identify and recommend upsell opportunities that align with client goals and campaign performance.
  • Experience with Agency Analytics a plus but not required.

Physical/Mental Requirements for the Job:

  • Must enjoy quality time with a desk for most of the day—minus well-earned lunches, breaks, and the occasional victory lap around the office.
  • Occasionally, we may need you to put in some extra hours or a weekend shift if things get busy.
  • Should be comfortable lifting up to 20 pounds—whether it’s office supplies or the occasional morale-boosting snack haul.
  • Some management roles may require the occasional adventure (also known as travel) to keep things running smoothly.
