Looking for caring and dependable staff who want to make a difference and have fulfillment in their lives by working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Staff will work in home, community, and business settings. Staff will serve as appropriate role models and assist individuals with day to day skills including behavior, communication, social skills, meal preparation, personal care/hygiene, housekeeping, and leisure activities. Staff working in the community will be required to supervise and assist individuals in finding meaningful community activities. Staff working in business settings will be required to assist individuals in maintaining their current employment position by assisting individuals in completing their assigned job duties. Staff working in home settings will assist individuals to live in a healthy and safe environment.
Staff is required to pass background/fingerprint investigation, own reliable transportation & current Driver’s License.
Staff is responsible to complete job required trainings in a timely manner. Must be able to communicate effectively and appropriately on a regular basis with Program Manager. Will be required to monitor and document the progress of individuals receiving services. Must be able to manage time and complete tasks within specified timelines.
Staff MUST pass background/fingerprint investigation. Must have own reliable transportation and valid NM driver’s license.
Contract Pay rate varies depending on services provided. $12.00/hour-$16/hour.
