Business Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making Analytics Partnership: Collaborate closely with the Data and Reporting teams to leverage key insights for strategic decision-making. Build Analytical Prowess: Empower teams across Regal Cinemas by enhancing their ability to identify, frame, and solve critical business challenges through data. Influential Storytelling: Distill complex data into compelling narratives that guide business decisions, build confidence among partners, and drive actionable strategies. Education & Experience Professional Experience: 6-8+ years of diverse work experience. 2-4 years of post-MBA or strategic experience in roles that demand forward-thinking leadership. 2+ years in a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, or similarly competitive environment. 2+ years working directly within a business, providing practical strategic insights. 2+ years managing or mentoring junior team members. Industry Experience: Prior experience in consumer-facing, brick & mortar businesses, such as those in the entertainment, restaurant, or retail sectors, is highly desirable. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with FP&A, forecasting, and business analytics is essential, along with an ability to work confidently with large or imperfect data sets. Advanced Education: An advanced degree in analytics or a quantitative subject is preferred, showcasing your expertise in data-driven strategy.
