All equipment provided but must be picked up in Irving, TX

Key Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls and may take some inbound calls assisting patients.
• Review and process prior authorization requests for medications, services, and procedures.
• Verify patient eligibility, benefits, and coverage with insurance carriers.
• Partner with physicians, pharmacies, and insurance companies to obtain required documentation.
• Ensure all requests are processed accurately and on time .
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
• Document all activities in the system for tracking and audits .

Qualifications

• 1+ year of RECENT, verifiable experience in medical benefits or prior authorizations (required).
• Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance claims, and benefits verification .
• Strong communication skills to explain complex information clearly.
• Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Must have high-speed internet with modem access (hot spots not accepted).
