Job Description
LHH is hiring an EA for a company in the Greater Milwaukee Area. This position will provide a high level of individual support to one exec, acting as the gatekeeper for all internal/external inquiries, ensuring daily operations run smooth.
· Manage, coordinate, and maintain up-to-date and accurate executive calendar
· Execute all general administrative duties with a high-level of discretion and confidentiality
· Perform business travel, expense submission, email monitoring in seamless fashion
· Plan and coordinate key executive and department events.
· Creates and develops executive-level materials, documents, and presentations
· Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
· Calendar Management, arrange meetings and appointments, and provide reminders
· Handle and prioritize confidential requests and queries appropriately
· Assist in budget preparation and monitoring expenditures, Process payment requests, requisitions, and invoices.
Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm Mon-Fri
Type: Direct Hire
Pay: $29.00-$36.00 an hour
