About Us
Zentique is a 20+ year furniture and home décor wholesaler known for high-quality, French-inspired and modern furniture collections. We sell to leading retailers and designers across the U.S. and are expanding aggressively into online marketplaces including Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, Home Depot, Target, and others.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven eCommerce Manager to take ownership of our digital operations. This role will be central in modernizing our systems, organizing product data, and driving growth across multiple online channels.
Responsibilities
Product Data & Content
Organize, standardize, and maintain product information (titles, descriptions, attributes, images, dimensions, UPCs).
Oversee barcode/packaging compliance and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
Manage bulk uploads, PIM/ERP integrations, and product lifecycle updates.
Marketplace Management
Manage listings, pricing, promotions, and compliance on Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, Home Depot, Target, Faire, and other channels.
Optimize product pages for visibility and conversion.
Monitor and resolve chargebacks, mis-ship claims, and compliance issues.
Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize sales.
Systems & Processes
Improve workflows for order fulfillment, inventory syncing, and data integrity.
Implement automation tools (e.g., Cin7, Pipe17, Shopify Plus integrations).
Build SOPs for team members across eCommerce and operations.
Partner with logistics to streamline shipping, returns, and dropship processes.
Strategy & Growth
Identify and onboard new online sales channels.
Work with leadership to set marketplace growth goals and KPIs.
Provide regular reporting on sales performance, margins, and ROI.
Collaborate with marketing to align marketplace advertising and campaigns.
Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in eCommerce operations or marketplace management.
Proven expertise with Amazon Seller Central, Wayfair Partner Home, Walmart Supplier Center, and Shopify.
Strong data handling skills (Excel, CSV, bulk uploads).
Experience with ERP/OMS systems (Cin7, NetSuite, Pipe17, QuickBooks Online).
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage large catalogs (2,000+ SKUs).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Furniture/home décor industry experience is a plus.
