Our client, a leader in the electrical services industry, is seeking an Electrician to join their team. As an Electrician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electrician

Location: Sioux Falls, SD

Pay Range: $32.34 per hour

What's the Job?

• Assemble, install, test, or maintain electrical wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, or fixtures, using hand tools or power tools.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues regarding production equipment.
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, or components to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustment or repair, ensuring compliance with codes.
• Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures based on job specifications and local codes.
• Test electrical systems to ensure proper installation and operation.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience is required.
• Associate/2-Year Technical Degree is required.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of electrical maintenance experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified is required.
• Certification/Licensure Electrical Journeyman License (EE98J) or equivalent military experience is required.
• Forklift and Pallet Jack Certification is preferred.
