This role supports Envestnet’s wealth division, and you will be the wealth marketing team’s SME for operational email marketing and will be the go-to person responsible for reporting to management teams. The associate will use their knowledge of marketing automation platforms, email distribution tools, and CRM to facilitate successful campaigns with business partners and will work closely with our marketing operations & demand generation leaders. This is an execution heavy role and requires proficient knowledge of martech platforms. Job Responsibilities Lead the execution of operational communications for Envestnet’s wealth division with accountability for planning, campaign setup, audience segmentation, data-driven logic, development, deployment, controls, monitoring, and reporting; partner with other business partners like sales ops, marketing ops, business applications, IT. Create and maintain robust campaign and process documentation Understand and champion industry best practices for deliverability, privacy, CAN-SPAM, and web accessibility/ADA and other compliance, balance adherence to standard processes and best practices with adaptability to respond to changing business priorities. Own list management and segmentation for the wealth marketing team Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales operations, compliance, and customer support to create and segment custom lists for email deployment. Produce and analyze campaign reporting to provide actionable insights at a regular cadence. Protect, secure, and properly handle all confidential data to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information. Work with third party agencies and partners when needed. Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested. As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk. Required Qualifications At least 2-5 years of experience in email marketing or communication strategy Proficiency in marketing automation platforms; Salesforce experience preferred, with a bonus for handling complex data models. Salesforce CRM knowledge. Microsoft Excel proficiency required. HTML knowledge. Experience using a marketing automation platform like Pardot & Salesforce primarily; experience in Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot is a bonus. Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
