Our Entry-Level Management - Leadership Development Program is designed to develop future leaders in our company. As a participant in the program, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of our business, including marketing, advertising, event promotions, and management. You will work closely with our senior management team to develop leadership skills and advance your career within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in training sessions covering all aspects of our business, including marketing, advertising, and event promotions.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional events.
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and staffing.
• Provide leadership and guidance to promotional staff during events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative and effective marketing strategies.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
