Position Overview:

As the Events Director, you will be the mastermind behind our event planning and execution. Your role will be to conceptualize, organize, and oversee a wide range of events, from corporate gatherings and weddings to private parties and themed dinners. Your goal will be to ensure that every event is executed flawlessly and exceeds our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning: Develop and manage event proposals, including budgets, timelines, and logistical details.
  • Client Relations: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering tailored recommendations and solutions.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with the kitchen, service staff, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Vendor Management: Source and liaise with external vendors, such as florists, musicians, and decorators, as needed.
  • Marketing & Promotion: Create and implement marketing strategies to promote upcoming events and attract potential clients.
  • Event Execution: Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring high standards of service and attention to detail.
  • Feedback & Improvement: Collect and analyze feedback from guests to continuously improve our event offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2 Years as a lead event planner, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting. Experience with Tripleseat, Toast Integrations, and Resy is preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
  • Creativity: Innovative thinker with the ability to design and execute unique and engaging events.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field is preferred.
