Reporting to the Head of Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics (AM&D), this role will also support the Head of Business Portfolio and Global Marketing for AM&D, based in Cambridge, MA. Your role:
Proactively and independently performs the full range of executive administrative tasks which involves a high level of responsibility. This includes calendar and meeting management, project management, and associated travel arrangements and expense report management, aligning activities and processes with the demands of the executives or departments supported.
Navigates complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and documents for travel-related meetings (both domestic and international) and processes related expense reports.
Organizes, coordinates, and hosts meetings and events, including pre-meeting set up, communicating agenda, note taking, tracking and follow up on identified action items, as needed.
Provides ad hoc site support for AM&D employees and leaders based at the Cambridge office. Ability to provide support in a typical workday as well as light support after hours, as needs arise.
Collaborates and coordinates with other Executive Assistants, globally and across North America, sharing knowledge, with a focus on continuous improvement.

You've acquired 4+ years of work experience in an executive assistant role in a dynamic and global environment.
Your skills include:
Strong oral and written communications to create e-mails and announcements, strong ability to work closely with employees and leadership.
Administrative procedures and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Workday, Concur, PPT savvy to support with major presentations and ability to learn new tools.
Proactive and able to make independent decisions.
Possess strong hands-on mentality, self-motivation, detail-oriented, and meticulous organizational skills.
Ability to set priorities under pressure and manage time and workload.
You have an Associate's Degree in Administrative Support, Business or a related field, preferred, or a Bachelor's degree, preferred; or equivalent related experience as Executive Assistant for 7+ years.
You have the ability to exercise discretion, maintain confidentiality, and apply good judgement in making decisions. You're available to work in the Cambridge office for at least 3 days a week, required.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $37/hr to $60/hr. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
