We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role is primarily in the education sector, providing comprehensive administrative support to our leadership team. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for handling communications, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and provide administrative support to the leadership team
• Act as the first point of contact for the leadership team, managing phone calls and emails
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Manage the calendar for key leadership figures
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, including arranging catering when necessary
• Liaise with the board of directors for meetings, including sending agenda packets and calendar invites
• Draft and send newsletters and office memos
• Manage spreadsheets and handle data entry tasks
• Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports
• Carry out additional administrative tasks and projects as requested
• Use specific skills such as ADP - Financial Services, Cisco Webex Meetings, Concur, CRM, Kronos Timekeeping System, About Time, Calendar Management, Communication, Conference Calls, and Correspondence.• Position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role or similar administrative position.
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is necessary.
• Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings for coordinating virtual meetings and conferences.
• Experience with Concur for travel and expense management.
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is essential.
• Experience with Kronos Timekeeping System for accurate time tracking.
• Proficiency in About Time for efficient project management.
• Strong calendar management skills to organize and schedule appointments.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
• Experience in coordinating conference calls.
• Ability to handle correspondence professionally and confidentially.
