Employment Type: Contract/Remote

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Pay rate: $40-$43/hr. DOE

Responsibilities:

• Handle administrative tasks such as: schedule appointments, plan meetings, and maintain complex and changing calendars, while working through scheduling roadblocks.
• Draft and prepare routine and advanced correspondence including emails, presentations,

and reports.

• Review outgoing correspondence for accuracy, format consistency, signatures and conformance with executive procedures.
• Assist leadership and organizations by optimizing usage of time.
• Make decisions regarding short-term priorities and work activities.
• Arrange all travel to ensure consistency within company procedures and support organization in obtaining necessary travel documents including Visa/passport, while maintaining Leadership expenses/credit card reconciliation.
• Identify issues within the organization and initiate or facilitate solutions.
• Coordinate and manage events, such as team meetings, offsite retreats, and corporate functions.

Required Skills:

• 2+ (Flexible) of administrative assistant experience
• Proactive, one step ahead work ethic, attitude and approach
  Multi-taking is not an issue for you, your able to juggle multiple calendars, teams and requests.
• Flexible in response to changing priorities and needs
• Ability to drive schedules and agendas with deeper understanding of context
  Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with a desire to offer suggestions and improvements
• Superior communication skills with the ability to work across all levels, internally and with agencies
• Desire to grow and take on your own projects
• Positive and personable can-do attitude
• Proficient in Zoom, Microsoft Office suites
• Experience handling confidential material

Requirements:

• Good amount of EA Experience at the SVP level (Tech preferred), A lot of energy/ hungry and humble
• HS Diploma or equivalent

Nice to have:

• Tech experience is preferred but not a must
