About the Role
We are partnering with a high-growth organization in the health and wellness space to find a
driven, resourceful, and exceptionally sharp Executive Administrative Assistant
to support its CEO.
This is not a traditional EA role; its a high-touch partnership with a visionary leader who moves quickly, excels in a variety of domains, and thrives in a dynamic, startup-style environment. The right person will bring exceptional organization, adaptability, direction and judgment to a role that blends executive support, operations, and strategic coordination.

What Youll Do
Serve as the right hand to the CEO, managing calendars, travel, meetings, and day-to-day priorities with precision and proactivity.
Anticipate needs before they arise, acting with initiative and sound judgment.
Keep communications streamlined filtering the noise and ensuring follow-ups happen.
Coordinate travel logistics, including complex itineraries and last-minute adjustments (both commercial and occasional charter).
Join executive meetings, take clear notes, and ensure accountability on action items.
Organize quarterly and annual leadership off-sites and company events.
Handle sensitive and confidential matters with utmost discretion.
Support operational and personal logistics as needed from tech troubleshooting to vendor coordination.

Preferred Background
35+ years supporting a senior executive, ideally in a fast-paced or entrepreneurial organization.
Experience working remotely and across multiple time zones.
Proven ability to manage complex logistics and prioritize competing demands.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Availability for occasional travel as needed.
Proficient and comfortable leveraging AI tools to streamline tasks and improve outcomes.
