EMEAA Talent Partners is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing, privately held food manufacturing company. They are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO to play a critical role in supporting the daily operations and strategic initiatives of a dynamic, hands-on leader.

This is not a traditional administrative role. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings structure and calm to complexity, and can anticipate needs before they arise. You’ll work closely with the CEO to ensure priorities are managed, projects are moving forward, and the right information is always at hand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key partner to the CEO, helping manage priorities, schedules, and follow-through
  • Prepare for leadership and board meetings, including agendas, briefing notes, and action tracking
  • Support cross-functional coordination and internal communication across departments
  • Represent the CEO in internal and external communications when needed
  • Proactively identify and solve issues before they escalate

Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years in an Executive Assistant or strategic business support role
  • Background in fast-paced environments such as food, manufacturing, or CPG preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong judgment, discretion, and emotional intelligence
  • Comfortable working on-site in Newark, NJ
