About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Creative Director with a strong background in brand storytelling and advertising, particularly in the context of SMB or consumer markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the creative team in the development and execution of cross-media experiences and user-centered design systems. This role demands a strategic thinker who can align creative strategies with business objectives, and who is adept at managing and empowering a diverse creative team. The Executive Creative Director will be the driving force behind the brand's visual and creative storytelling, ensuring that all creative efforts support and enhance the brand's identity and business goals. Applicants for the Executive Creative Director position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in a tech, design, or marketing environment, with at least 5 years in an in-house role. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record of leading the development of integrated marketing campaigns and performance marketing assets, as well as experience in people management within creative teams. The ideal candidate will have a love for the craft of brand storytelling, a strong background in design, and the ability to create and maintain a scalable brand design system. They should be highly collaborative, organized, and resourceful, with excellent presentation and communication skills. A background in design tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, is essential, and experience with video, animations, and motion graphics is a plus.
