Maintain our focus on the organization’s resident-centered mission, vision, and long term goals. Foster a culture of cooperation and teamwork among our clinical, managerial and ancillary teams. Oversee hiring and staff management. Ensure facility compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Oversee building and safety compliance; provide support during Life Safety surveys. Develop and maintain an operational budget within corporate guidelines. Interact effectively with governing board, residents, families, staff and visitors.
