The Executive Recruiter plays a critical role in advancing Vistages mission to improve the effectiveness and enhance the lives of CEOs, business owners, and executives of small and midsize businesses. This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting accomplished leaders to become Vistage Executive Coaches, independent contractors who build and lead peer advisory groups of CEOs and business leaders, supported by Vistages brand, tools, training, and community.
Our Coaches are a distinguished group of accomplished business leaders who have led organizations in a wide range of industries and now want to leverage their experience in a new way. Recruiting them requires persistence, credibility, and ability.
This role requires the ability to inspire entrepreneurial leaders to pursue a purpose-driven career shift. Combining high-volume sourcing with discerning selection, focusing not just on candidate qualifications but also on entrepreneurial mindset and long-term fit. Youll spend 75% of your time on proactive sourcing and outreach and 25% on engaging inbound candidates, building a strong pipeline across the designated territory.
As both brand ambassador and trusted advisor, youll educate prospects on the impact of the Chair role, guide them through a rigorous selection process, and set the stage for their success as Vistage Chairs.
