As aFieldService Technician,you will shine as you multitask and manage a full customer workload. You will be responsible for the timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of office product equipment and for promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with our service and products. The pay range for this role is $25.00-$31.00

What You Will Do

• Service printer/copier products with minimum assistance
• Troubleshootbasicprintingissues,abletodetermineprintervsnetworkissues.
• Abletoinstallscanningandequipmentinapeer-to-peerenvironment.
• Manageinventorytocompanyspeci?cations.
• Maintaincar,toolkitandsupplies.
• Developandmaintainprofessionalrelationshipswithcustomersandemployees.
• Providesalessupporttoincludeadvisingsalesaboutproblemsorsalesleads.
• Maintainprofessionalappearances.
• Maximizing equipment up-time through timely repair
• Engaging the customer to assure satisfaction.
• Managing time to be most effective

What We Are Seeking

• Prior experience in maintaining and repairing office equipment is required (Canon, HP, Lexmark, Ricoh, Sharp, and Xerox experience required).
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude and demonstrated skills.
• Knowledge of basic networking
• Computer and analytical skills
• High School Diploma required, Electronics or Computer associate degree preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds. Pull, lift, reach, and transport equipment parts and boxes.
• Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license issued in your state of residence and a clean driving record.
• Ability to troubleshoot printers/copiers and work independently.
