What You’ll Do
As a Facilities Technician you’ll be part of our team located in Farmer’s Branch, TX. You’ll get to:

• General upkeep to the facilities to include drywall repair, carpentry, and painting
• Work with 3 phase power, HVAC systems, chiller systems, compressors, installation of new equipment and power requirements for the equipment.
• Prepare plant for freezing weather to include making sure walk areas are deiced and chillers systems are prepped for cold weather
• Complete air compressor and dryers’ daily inspections and filter changes and boiler maintenance and PM’s to include blow downs and water samples
• Responsible for boneyard 5s, general grounds keeping, plumbing repairs, concrete repairs and ballads installations
• Assist in running conduit, black pipe, and chiller lines
• Assist plant electrician in tasks
• Improve and sustain 5s, Lean & Kaizen programs

Who You Are

• 3 years related experience in facilities and/or maintenance with strong knowledge of HVAC systems
• Licensed electrician preferred

• Strong computer experience including Microsoft office and CMMS systems
• Must accurately close out work orders daily
• Comfortable to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and use hands, lift and/or move 10 lbs regularly and up to 33 lbs occasional
