📢 Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing

• Knock doors in designated neighborhoods
• Start genuine conversations with homeowners
• Educate them on storm damage solutions and insurance-backed repairs
• Schedule free roofing assessments — you book it, we close it
• Be the warm, professional face of RoofHero in your territory

👤 Who We’re Looking For

Are you:

• ✅ Outgoing, persuasive, and great at first impressions?
• ✅ Comfortable walking a few miles per day?
• ✅ Self-motivated and coachable with a positive attitude?

📌 Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver’s license + insurable driving record
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Able to pass a drug screen
• Physically able to walk door-to-door
• Value diversity, teamwork, and personal integrity

💡 Compensation, Schedule, and Perks

• 💵 Base salary of $37K (W2 hourly)
• 💼 On-track earnings of $60K–$120K+ (uncapped commissions)
• 🕒 Part-time schedule: Mon–Fri (2PM–7PM), Sat (10AM–2PM)
