Position Summary
The Incident Management & Prevention Analyst will be responsible for conducting identity verification through video calls as part of the Global Controllership verification processes. The role requires working closely with Accounts Payable (AP), Order to Cash (AR), cybersecurity, and other internal teams to ensure accurate and thorough vetting.
In addition to conducting verifications, the analyst will support continuous process improvements, data management, and reporting activities to streamline workflows and enhance identity-validation accuracy.
This position is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about identity verification and fraud prevention.
Key Responsibilities
• Identity Verification (Video Calls):
Conduct video identity verification calls, ensuring all documentation is reviewed and all procedures follow established guidelines.
• Process Documentation:
Contribute to developing and updating verification documentation to ensure the team remains aligned with current processes and best practices.

Qualifications / Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Accounting, Finance, Cybersecurity, Data Science) or equivalent work experience
• 2–4 years of experience in fraud prevention and/or identity verification
oVideo-based identity verification experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for video interactions and clear reporting to cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and other reporting or analytics tools
• Ability to gather evidence, document findings, and use threat detection and analysis tools
• Experience with automation tools and fraud detection systems is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
