About Us: Wordbank is a dynamic and rapidly growing creative language solutions provider, and we're expanding our network of transcreators and concept adaptors. While there's no specific client need currently, we are proactively preparing to meet potential client demands, given the increasing volume of projects. Areas of Specialization: We are seeking individuals with experience in the following verticals:

• Entertainment & streaming (e.g., Netflix, Prime Video, Disney, Hasbro, King)
• Sports goods & fashion (e.g., adidas, Barbour, VF Corp)

Assessment Criteria:

• Portfolio or samples (if available)
• Ability to describe a transcreation project (while respecting NDAs)
• x2 references

• Enthusiasm for "creative" language projects, beyond standard translation.
• Clear understanding of transcreation and how it differs from translation.
• Minimum 2+ years' experience in transcreation (ideally 5+).
• Proven experience - not just providing transcreation as a "bolt-on" service.
• Ability to provide recent samples of work or discuss recent projects.
• Experience in copywriting is a positive sign.
• Willingness and ability to participate in client calls, both in-language and ideally in English.
