Summary

*THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION FOR THE AFTERNOON*

Fourth Street Day Care and Academy is looking for a dedicated, friendly, and professional person to greet parents, answer the phone, and work the receptionist desk Monday through Friday from 1:00 pm until 5:30 pm.

Duties

• Keep attendance and registration records
• Receive and interact with parents, students, and visitors coming to the facility
• Perform health screening of children by taking temperature upon entrance
• Receive phone calls and answer basic information (tuition and fees, hours, address, etc.) for the facility
• Perform typing, photocopying, and other office tasks as needed
• Keep inventory of office supplies and notify Director of needed supplies
• Maintain upkeep of lobby's appearance

Requirements

• Able to pass criminal background check administered by Bright from the Start
• Dependable transportation and ability to be punctual
• Friendly and warm personality

Nice To Haves

• Receptionist/Administrative Assistant experience
• CPR/First Aid Certification
