*Nighttime Operations Supervisor – CDL with Hazmat & Tanker EndorsementCompany Overview*Fuel It Refuelling LLC is a fast-growing mobile fuel distribution company, delivering on-site, wheel-to-wheel gasoline and diesel directly to commercial fleets and heavy-duty equipment operators across Burlington, WA. Our mission is to provide safe, timely, and reliable service to businesses that can’t afford to stand still.*Position Summary*We are seeking a hands-on and experienced *Nighttime Fuel Driver* to lead our overnight fueling operations in Burlington, W*ashington*. This critical role ensures seamless delivery execution, driver coordination, route management, equipment upkeep, and client satisfaction — all during our most vital shift hours.You will supervise a team of nighttime drivers, manage dispatch and logistics, and step in to perform deliveries when needed. If you're a night owl with leadership skills and a CDL in hand, we want to hear from you.*Key Responsibilities*
* Safely operate fuel trucks to deliver gasoline and diesel to commercial clients
* Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is road-ready and safe
* Load and unload fuel according to company safety standards and regulatory guidelines
* Accurately complete delivery logs, fuel meters, and client sign-offs using mobile dispatch tools
* Follow route plans and communicate with dispatch regarding traffic, delays, or site issues
* Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and on-site interactions
* Adhere strictly to DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols
* Report vehicle or equipment issues promptly to supervisor
*Qualifications*
* Valid CDL Class A or B with Hazmat (H) and Tanker (N) endorsements or X endorsement
* Minimum *2 years of supervisory experience* (preferably in logistics, transportation, or fuel delivery)
* Must be *25 years of age or older*
* Availability to work *overnight shifts (evenings)*
* Reliable personal vehicle for transportation to and from site
* Own a smartphone and laptop with basic proficiency in emails, spreadsheets, and dispatch platforms
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Fluent in English
