Position: Full Cycle Recruiter (Temp to Hire)
Location: Fully Remote

About Us:

We are a dynamic organization in the midst of an exciting acquisition process, seeking a highly skilled Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our mid-western region (IA, KS, MO, MN, TN). There may be minimal travel to those locations for site familiarity and support of some onsite events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process including posting job advertisements, filtering applications, screening candidates, conducting interviews, extending offers, and overseeing onboarding.
• High Volume Recruitment: Handle recruitment for various non-exempt positions such as Food Service, Laundry, Housekeeping, Administrative roles, CNAs, and MedTechs.
• Adaptability: Navigate and thrive in an evolving environment where processes are still being developed and refined.
• ATS Management: Utilize ADP for applicant tracking, with an upcoming transition to Dayforce.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, particularly in high volume settings.
• Flexibility: Comfortable working within a framework that is subject to change and adaptable to new procedures.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ADP and Dayforce is a plus.
