We are currently seeking a Hospice Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA/CNA) in the San Diego area who shares our passion for providing dignified, compassionate end-of-life care. This person will be covering the Mira Mesa, Poway, Rancho Bernardo, Escondido and surrounding areas.

Shift Schedule: Full-Time, 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Tuesday, Thursday - Friday (32 hours)

Qualifications:

• Must have Certified Home Health and Certified Nursing Assistant Certifications
• This role requires a valid driver's license and a good driving record as a condition of employment. Associates must comply with all state and federal driving regulations
• Associates in roles requiring driving are responsible for maintaining a valid and active driver's license. Failure to maintain a valid license may result in reassignment, suspension, or termination in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
• Reliable transportation and willingness to drive to patient's location
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must clear a criminal background check, physical and drug screening

What you'll be doing:

• As the primary Caregiver, you will provide support to patients on a daily basis through feeding, cleaning, providing medical assistance and other activities of daily living
• Regularly commute to various patient locations to provide continuous care

Anticipated pay range

$20-$25 USD
