Commercial Litigation Attorney

Our client is a prestigious law firm focused on commercial litigation, known for providing exceptional legal representation to clients throughout nationwide. The firm is actively seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to elevate their career in a challenging and rewarding legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experienced in trial litigation, preferably civil litigation, but criminal experience would also be considered.
• Although the law firm is based in NC, the attorney must HAVE licensed in North Carolina & South Carolina .
• Attorney would primarily be appearing in court in York County, South Carolina, as well as other areas in South Carolina .
• The attorney would be responsible for all aspects of the SC litigation docket which would include various types of litigation.
• Experience in any one area of the law is not required; however, must be able to work with little supervision

Qualifications:

• 3-7 years of commercial litigation experience preferred.
• Must be bar licensed in NC AND SC.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Writing samples are required for submission.
• Proven ability to handle complex litigation matters from inception through trial.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
