Join Our Team as a Groundskeeper - $17.00-$19.00/hr! Are you passionate about keeping outdoor spaces beautiful and well-maintained? We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Groundskeeper to join our team. If you love working outside, taking pride in your work, and creating welcoming environments, this is the job for you!
What You'll Be Doing: - Maintain Beautiful Grounds : Handle routine landscaping tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, and pruning to keep areas looking pristine.
- Keep Common Areas Clean : Ensure walkways, parking lots, and outdoor spaces are free from debris and looking their best.
- Irrigation Monitoring : Keep irrigation systems in top condition by monitoring and maintaining them regularly.
- Plant Care : Assist with planting, watering, and caring for flowers, shrubs, and trees to keep landscapes vibrant.
- Minor Repairs : Perform small repairs like painting, fixing fences, and maintaining landscaping equipment.
- Inventory Management : Stay on top of landscaping supplies and equipment needs, reporting them to management as needed.
- Safety First : Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and others.
- Work with Management : Collaborate with management to address landscaping concerns or special requests from residents.
What We're Looking For: - Experience Preferred : Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required-we're happy to train the right person!
- Equipment Skills : Comfortable operating lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping tools.
- Landscaping Know-How : Basic understanding of landscaping techniques, including planting, pruning, and lawn care.
- Physical Stamina : Able to handle manual labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail and proactive in solving problems as they arise.
- Good Communication : Able to communicate effectively with both team members and management.
- Independent & Team-Oriented : Capable of working alone or with a team to complete tasks efficiently.
