We're currently seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with a degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (proof of education is required) and a background in project management in development programs to join our fast-paced team. Overview of your day-to-day

• Manage the development of systems/products employing electronics, software, firmware, and electro-mechanical components/assemblies
• Facilitate communication between design engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance functions at Marvin Test Solutions, as well as with customer program management and engineering specialists
• Create and maintain AS9100 program plans and the attendant evidence of compliance for the R&D group
• Play a key role in creating and supporting the development of technical and cost inputs for responses to customer inquiries and requests for proposals during new business campaigns

What qualifies you?

• Relevant experience (at least 3 years) in the management of development projects
• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
• At least 5 years of experience in the design of components or systems in a development environment
• Can generate and track program schedules using Microsoft Project
• Well-organized and capable of taking requirements from a high/summary level to generate compliant lower-level program control and reporting documents
• Experience with reading and interpreting MIL-STD documents
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluent in English)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Project
• Flexibility to effectively work in a fast-paced environment as a member and leader of cross-functional teams

Considered a plus

• Broad engineering background with experience in military or commercial aviation use
• Experience working with aerospace or defense-related products, such as airborne weapon systems and/or weapon carriage equipment
• Candidates who are U.S. citizens are preferred, due to the nature of the work and the security clearances that may be required
• Experience with documentation of work products through program plans, AS9100 documents, technical reports, test reports, etc.
