A busy executive couple with a lovely home on the North Shore of Milwaukee is seeking an experienced House Manager with a proactive can-do attitude and exceptional organizational skills to oversee their home in Fox Point, WI. The couple also own a quaint beachfront home 35 minutes from Milwaukee that requires a weekly visit and upkeep. Qualifications: Proven experience in private household management or a similar role with strong organizational and administrative skills Ability to anticipate household needs and take initiative to address them Strong vendor management skills, including scheduling, supervision, and follow-through Excellent project management skills for handling household organization and ongoing systems High attention to detail Reliable and discreet with a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality Flexibility to handle errands, scheduling, and shifting household priorities as they arise Responsibilities: Overseeing the operations and systems of the home Scheduling and managing vendors Performing household organizational projects Performing daily graces to maintain the home Creating and maintaining a household manual Running errands such as shopping for household supplies, package returns, etc. Assisting with basic food prep and basic pet care for 3 cats Ability to perform light gardening and indoor plant care is a plus Ability to occasionally travel is also needed. Schedule: This is a newly created position with a very flexible Monday through Friday or four-day schedule, working 30-40 hours per week. Additional hours may be needed from time to time on weekends. Compensation: A compensation range between $90K and $100K is available to an exceptional candidate based on qualifications and experience along with a discretionary performance bonus and a benefits package.
