We are currently seeking a full-time Housekeeper for our day shift 8:00AM-4:00PM with a rotating weekend (every other Saturday and Sunday) who will embody the passion and commitment required to deliver the ultimate care for our residents. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Keeping assigned areas clean, sanitary and aseptic by scouring, scrubbing, mopping, polishing, using germicides, including wet and dry dusting. Having the ability to use equipment and keep it neat and clean according to department requirements. Requirements include: Candidates with experience in a hospital or nursing home preferred. Knowledge of the dementia population and dealing with related behaviors. Understands written and oral instruction. Understands and absorbs new work methods. Capable of completing schedules effectively. Capable of standing and walking for prolonged periods of time. We offer an excellent salary and a dynamic work environment.
