Job Responsibilities:

  1. Onboarding Coordination: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and submitted.
  2. New Hire Communication: Act as the main point of contact for new hires during the onboarding process, answering questions and providing support.
  3. Orientation Preparation: Organize and conduct orientation sessions, introducing new employees to company policies, procedures, and culture.
  4. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from new hires on the onboarding process to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Training Support: Assist in the scheduling and coordination of training sessions for new employees.
  6. HR documents management: Upload HR policies, SOP and documents timely
  7. Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  8. HR Projects: Support special HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  9. HR portal maintenance
  10. Play as a member of HR service center

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Experience: With onboarding experience is a plus.
