HR Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Consultant to join our team and provide expert human resources guidance to our clients. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner, helping a diverse range of businesses develop and implement effective HR policies, manage employee relations, and optimize their talent management strategies. This role is perfect for a collaborative professional with a broad knowledge of HR functions and a passion for helping organizations succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic HR advice to clients on a wide range of topics, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compensation.

  • Develop and implement HR policies , procedures, and employee handbooks tailored to client needs and in compliance with labor laws.

  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues and conflicts, providing guidance on disciplinary actions and terminations.

  • Assist with talent acquisition strategies , including drafting job descriptions, a-sourcing candidates, and developing interview processes.

  • Conduct HR audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Develop and deliver training programs on topics such as leadership development, harassment prevention, and performance management.

  • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients.

Required Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices and principles.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR .

  • Experience in a consulting or client-facing role.

  • Experience with various HR information systems (HRIS).
