Day In the Life of an HR Specialist: The Human Resources Specialist partners with the Human Resources team, department leaders and other functional areas to provide coordinated and comprehensive customer service. Human Resources Specialists perform day-to-day operations and technical duties related to pre-hire and post-hire activities. This position executes a broad range of HR duties focusing on onboarding, employment changes, and compensation. Supports HR staff and functional areas as needed.

Here Is What You Will Be Doing: - Provides support to all HR staff.
- Consistently provides high level customer service skills while assisting current and future employees.
- Collaborates with multiple and various staff outside the department to successfully accomplish projects and tasks.
- Maintains and monitors personnel files in accordance with CRMC policies.
- Maintains data integrity of all HR systems.
- Creates ID badges / assign appropriate security profiles.
- Participates in continuous learning to ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and all applicable human resources standards.
- May assist in developing best practices around procedures and process.
Desired Skills: - Problem solving, the individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyzes information skillfully
- Ability to work both independently/self-directed and as part of a team
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others
- Interpersonal Skills, the individual maintains confidentiality, remains open to others' ideas and exhibits willingness to try new things
- Proficient with MS Office, Outlook and Internet Explorer
Here Is What You Will Need: - Associate's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- OR, high school diploma and two (2) or more years of job-related experience
- OR, three (3) or more years of job-related experience
Nice to have: - Previous experience in healthcare and familiarity with HRIS systems
- Bachelor's degree
