$100,000-$130,000/year depending on experience with the ability to earn

WHAT TO EXPECT Our HVAC Service Manager normally works
Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm with a 1-hour lunch. You need to be available by phone on weeknights and weekends in case a tech needs assistance.
You're the backbone of our field heating and cooling operations, skillfully managing our technicians and contributing to departmental efficiency. This is a highly dynamic role where you oversee all aspects of our service department, from daily dispatching and customer relations to employee training and revenue generation. Driven to make a positive difference, you collaborate with other managers, develop and implement strategies for increasing profits, and ensure technicians complete quality work.
Attentively, you assist with parts ordering, review essential documentation like invoices and warranty claims, and determine inventory pricing. You maintain an organized job calendar, ensure service vehicles are in good condition, and conduct site visits as needed to support techs in the field. To support our business during slower seasons, you promote maintenance contracts and find opportunities to secure more work. You oversee technician training, provide quotes to clients, and conduct ride-a-longs to help techs meet their goals!
