We’re looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Santa Rosa, CA . This role is perfect for someone passionate about sales, customer service, and the construction industry. You'll work directly with contractors and businesses, providing product recommendations, processing sales, and supporting our outside sales team .

• Engage with customers at the counter and over the phone to understand their needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and regular customers
• Provide expert product recommendations on construction materials and tools
• Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system
• Assist with inventory management , including stocking shelves and conducting cycle counts
• Work with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Handle special orders, returns, and invoices
• Support outside sales and prepare quotes for customers
• Stay up-to-date with product training and promotional events

• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
• Strong sales mindset and ability to build long-term customer relationships
• Knowledge of construction materials and tools (a plus!)
• Basic math skills and ability to process transactions accurately
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as required
• Experience with POS systems and inventory management software preferred
• Previous experience in inside sales, retail, or construction supply is a plus
