Position Overview:

We are rapidly growing and seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Inside Sales Opener to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent customer service skills and a passion for sales. As an Inside Sales Opener, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for qualifying prospects for our sales team. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth transition from initial contact to project initiation. All leads are generated in house, no cold calling!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls and follow-up with inbound leads to qualify potential customers.
  • Present and promote Invista Home’s roofing services to homeowners, explaining the benefits of full re-roof replacements.
  • Identify customer needs, address questions, and provide detailed information about our services.
  • Qualify leads and transfer prospects for the sales team to discuss with potential clients.
  • Document lead details in the CRM system and ensure accurate information is passed to the appropriate sales representative.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest roofing trends and services offered by Invista Home.
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Meet and exceed daily and monthly targets.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead flow and customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
  • Experience in the home services or construction industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle objections and engage with customers in a professional, friendly manner.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting targets.

Schedule and Compensation:

  • Full-time position.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
  • On target earnings: $120,000-$150,000/year
