Overview:
Insurance Sales Agent – Hybrid Remote CA This is a commission-based position. Note: Applicants must reside in the state of California to be considered Bankers Life® is seeking for future or upcoming agents to work in a fast-paced and dynamic hybrid remote environment. Bankers Life agents are provided pre-licensing training free of charge; individuals will need to pay for the state exam required to sell life and health products in their state. Our renowned training program has secured its place in Training Magazine's prestigious "Top 125," offering you unparalleled development opportunities. As part of our dynamic team, you'll have the chance to fast-track your career into leadership and management roles, reaching new heights of professional achievement. This is a commission and bonus position, and while it is not salaried, typical first-year entry level agents average $45,000 - $75,000 experienced agents typically make 6 figures.
Job Summary:
As an entry level insurance sales agent with Bankers Life, you will utilize our ongoing, award-winning company training to
• Set appointments to identify prospective clients’ financial resources and needs
• Offer expert life and health insurance policy recommendations to generate sales
• Provide continuous, excellent customer service to client base How Bankers Life compensates your work:
