**JOB SUMMARY: Provide a brief description of why the job exists.**

Develop plans and designs based on the needs of the client.

Develop drawings, presentations, and cost estimates and coordinate the work of contractors.

**CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: L ist the essential job responsibilities in descending order of importance.**

1.

Accountable for new construction or renovation projects from start to completion.

2.

Meet with customers and/or sales representatives to assess project needs.

3.

Plan the use and layout of the space and decorating with color, furniture, fixtures, etc. to meet the customer needs.

4.

Develop working drawings, interior plans, and construction documents. Produce graphic presentations, including 3D renderings, for client presentations.

5.

Research fixture, furniture, and equipment options and develop finish palettes to understand existing vendor offerings as well as competitors offerings. Set up required items and ensure cost and information accuracy.

6.

Prepare and submit accurate and timely customer quotes.

7.

Work cross-functionally with other divisions to ensure one point of contact for the rep and customer. Travel to accounts to ensure smooth installation process.

**Qualifications**

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: List minimum education, certification, years of experience, etc. which are required to perform the job.

**Education**

Bachelor degree in interior design.

**Relevant Work Experience**

At least 2 years of interior design experience.

Experience with AUTOCAD or equivalent 3D design software.

**Additional**

Experience working with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions.

Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.

Position requires travel up to 30% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

**Relevant Work Experience**

Experience in health care industry.
