Internal Communications Manager

for a world renowned manufacturing client located near Dothan, AL. As the Internal Communications Manager, you will be part of the plant leadership team responsible for creating and delivering the internal communications strategy for employees, participating in public affairs and community relations, and media relations. Qualified Candidates must have their Bachelor's degree along with 7+ years of strategic internal communications along with public relations and community relations experience. Experience working in manufacturing, oil and gas, building products, industrial, telecommunications or similar industries are a plus! Requirements for the Internal Communications Manager:

Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or public relations 7+ years' of professional experience leading internal communications strategies for a large corporation Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills Public affairs and community relations experience with the ability to build relationships Media Relations experience and the ability to create meaningful media stories Experience working in manufacturing, oil and gas, building products, industrial, telecommunications or similar industries are a plus Compensation for the
