Job Description

Akkodis is seeking an IT Applications Trainee for a contract job with a client in Memphis, TN(Hybrid) . Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and be ready to assist in coding, testing, and analyzing simple software components under close supervision.


Rate Range: $22/hour to 24/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


IT Applications Trainee job responsibilities include:

• Assist in the development and testing of simple software programs using technologies like Informatica, PL/SQL, .NET, or other specified languages.
• Support data and system analysis tasks, including creating process flows, data diagrams, and derived fields.
• Participate in requirement gathering and review sessions with IT teams to understand project needs and contribute to solution design.
• Investigate and help resolve technical issues under the guidance of senior developers or technical leads.
• Follow departmental coding and documentation standards to ensure consistency and quality in deliverables.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• No prior experience required, entry-level position.
• Basic understanding of programming languages such as PL/SQL, .NET, or Informatica.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
