IT Director

The IT Director will oversee the information technology strategies and initiatives of the organization. They will ensure the effective use of IT resources to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with our client's company objectives

- Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of IT projects

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

- Coordinate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions

- Ensure the availability, performance, and security of the company"s IT systems and infrastructure

- Oversee the implementation and management of security technologies (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, SIEM)

- Oversee the maintenance and upgrading of existing systems and infrastructure

- Develop and manage the incident response plan

Job Requirements

Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience in IT management

- 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within the IT department

- Bachelor"s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

- Proven experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and project management

- Experience with system administration, network management, and data governance

- Proficiency with Google platforms and general network infrastructure

- Experience with ERP systems, CRM platforms, and other enterprise software

- Experience with Sage100 and Shopify is a plus
