IT Help Desk Manager - Ascent Automotive - Lexus / Subaru

We are seeking a servant leader with proven help desk management experience to support our valued associates in developing lifelong customer relationships. This position will include a high level of customer service patience, inspiring and growing IT Technicians, troubleshooting, computer automotive software, and hardware builds. Requirements

• An associate's degree or certificate from a technical school; three to four years of related experience; or  equivalent combination of education and experience .
• Knowledgeable in computer builds, repair, part replacement, and troubleshooting.
• Cisco telephony experience  a plus (CUAC, UCCX, Unity, and Call Manager).
• Working knowledge of Windows 10 and Office Suite and software troubleshooting experience.
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Able to traverse throughout the work environment to provide physical  on-site technical support.

• Is legally able to work in the United States.
• Must have a driver’s license and maintain insurability.

• All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include a background check and drug screen.  

Work Environment

The work environment varies between multiple locations in dealerships (sales, parts, service, shop, car wash, etc.).  As associate may travel to a different dealership location in the Las Vegas Valley periodically & monthly.

Pay:   Compensation range 68-80k based on experience.
