This full-time, entry-level position is designed for candidates who are eager to work alongside experienced tradespeople and develop a wide range of hands-on skills in real-world environments. Our apprenticeship is a 2-year accredited program recognized by the State of Maryland, providing structured, in-house instruction taught by our subject matter experts.
As a Construction Craft Apprentice, you will gain valuable experience by supporting a wide range of construction and mechanical trades across various industrial job sites. Projects may include work in industries such as construction, manufacturing, power generation, oil and gas, renewable energy (wind and solar), aggregates, commercial, and more. This role involves assisting with installations, maintenance, and repairs while learning to operate safely and efficiently within different industrial settings.
Ideal candidates will have a mechanical aptitude, a strong interest in the trades, and a willingness to learn and grow. While basic knowledge of tools and construction practices is helpful, it is not requiredwe provide the training you need to succeed. This position does require a flexible schedule, as it may involve extensive travel, out-of-town assignments, and the ability to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and potential night shifts.
